Vietnam Memoir 2

South China Sea 081212

I just woke up. It's been more or less an hour into our flight and I'm still beat. At least I'm in a window seat, I get to lean into something.

While I was asleep, apparently they were serving meals and skipped me. Darn! I don't really care because I am not that hungry, but hey, it's still free food. I don't really have the guts to ask for it, like I said, I'm too beat.

We're flying over the South China Sea right now. The body of water between the Philippines and mainland Asia. I can't really see a thing, all I see are clouds.

I'm feeling a bit excited too. Nah, more like anxious. But hey, I'll wing it when I land, I'm good at that.

The TV show isn't helping either. I only had one glass of water since we took off. I haven't even spoken to anyone. I'm sitting beside some government working Filipinos, I don't really like them.

Thank you journal to keep me occupied.

I still can't see anything outside.

I guess I'm in for a surprise.
